Hey guys
New at striping and been doing some reading. IS IT TRUE YOU CAN ADD SOME ALCOHOL TO PAINT for faster dry time in this colder weather?..ie night striping in TEXAS. Or am I asking for trouble in my striping machine? Thanks.I’ve added small amounts (no more than 5%) of Isopropyl Alcohol to Latex paints to speed the drying time. It did increase the drying time slightly and we had no problems cleaning out the lines after the job.
