    what is cosmicoate asphalt sealer and what is the differnce between it and reguler where can you get it from

    Cosmicoate sealer is now Star sealer.

    If we’re talking about Cosmicoate from Gasport, New York, as of 2009 they are no longer a STAR Seal plant.
