The above is a general idea for parknig lots. If you are talking lane miles of road of varies pretty much depending on street surface and amount of cracks or joints.
The market and your competition plays a role in setting your price, but the most important thing to realize is you need to have a firm grasp of your job costs — materials, labor, overhead, profit etc. — before setting your price. If you bid based on the market or just to get the job you could end up leaving money on the table or even costing yourself money on that job.
