I have a commercial customer who had their lot sealcoated in 2010 in Maryland. The asphalt has numerous cracks & alligator areas. What is especially noticeable is the shiny coat on the majority of the asphalt, except it is peeled back in the areas inches surrounding the cracks & alligators. This customer wants their lot fixed.
When asked about overlay, they had some plumbing work done at the back of the building and want to maintain the grade for water flow away from the building so the owner is leary about overlay.
Anyone have experience with repairing these types of cracks?
