our company wants us to start using seam. has anyone out there used this product and were there any health effects?

I havent found anyone yet that knows about seam. I’m going to keep looking. Can you tell us more and maybe a company that makes it?
I’m interested in finding out how When laying multiple mats side by side let’s say 70 feet wide what is the best and easiest way not to have noticeable seams. (would like to lay asphalt seamless)
