    Hi All,
    My names Brett and my brother and I own a parking lot maintenance business. We mainly stripe and sweep as well as doing construction sweeping. We are looking to get into asphalt paving but neither one of us has any background in the business. Can anyone point me in a good direction to get started? Books, Seminars etc?

    I looked at Road Institute and they have a 3.5 day hands on training in Phoenix that we might start at. Has anyone attended this particular training or recommend ones they have.
