I’m new to this and am working on a bid for a 30,000sqft parking lot for crack fill, sealcoat and stripes.

I came across an issue today that I have no experience with; as I was measuring the lot to come up with an estimate I noticed that within an alligatored area many of the cracks were damp and had algae in them. There’s water entering the asphalt from below. What are my options?

    thank you

    What is the question?

    1. Why is it doing that?
    2. What can I do?
    3. What are options?…….. can help you if oyu provide more info.

hydrostatic water…..if you sealcoat it, it will be 100% more obvious, and possibly never set up—again, you need to provide a bit more info
